  • Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope and generate estimates for deliverables and timelines.
  • Assess data quality needs, develop a data quality strategy, and execute it effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for critical support processes.
  • Analyze business functions by gathering information, evaluating output requirements, and determining operational objectives.
  • Create workflow diagrams and charts; evaluate system capabilities; draft specifications for new Salesforce enhancements and initiatives.
  • Compile technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information and trends.
  • Document requirements for building integration jobs based on established guidelines.

Essential Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to advocate for recommendations and solutions by articulating their advantages and business value.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in delivering complex Salesforce projects.
  • Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
