Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic Salesforce advice to stakeholders and recommend best practices and processes to improve business outcomes.
  • Deliver solutions that increase the overall Salesforce user experience, including workflow optimization, data quality improvement, and process automation.
  • Resolve complex Salesforce-related incidents and provide guidance on scoping and delivering Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
  • Work with internal teams to scope work and produce estimates to help define deliverables and timelines.
  • Analyze data quality requirements, define data quality plans, and execute to ensure high-quality data.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to important support processes, including workflow charts and diagrams, system capabilities, and technical reports.
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Document requirements for building integration jobs based on instructions and pre-established guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to sell recommendations and solutions by stating advantages and value in business terms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3-5 years of experience delivering complex Salesforce projects.
  • Solid experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Salesforce admin certification.
