Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Firm Director to join our team at ARVIND BETALA CPA PC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our accounting and financial services team, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
    • Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
  • Financial Planning and Management
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures
    • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Client Service and Support
    • Provide customer service
    • Market business services
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate must be legally able to work in Canada and have a strong understanding of English.
