About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Firm Manager to join our team at ARVIND BETALA CPA PC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our accounting and financial services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
    • Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
  • Financial Planning and Management
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures
    • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Operational Management
    • Analyze the administrative issues in order to provide help to the employee
    • Assign projects
    • Coordinate projects and programs
    • Develop action plans
    • Plan and organize the operations of establishments that provide services to business
    • Sort the technical problems in order to help the employee with established procedures
  • Customer Service
    • Provide customer service
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
Working Conditions
