Accounting Firm Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Firm Manager to join our team at ARVIND BETALA CPA PC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our accounting firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.
  • Financial Planning and Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures, and plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.
  • Operational Management: Coordinate projects and programs, develop action plans, and direct the operations of an organization or department that provides services.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service and market business services.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
