Asset Management Consultant

- Participate in the formulation of asset management frameworks, service levels, risk evaluations, and financial plans.
- Assist in establishing functional requirements and technical benchmarks for new asset management information systems and technologies.
- Oversee and execute asset management initiatives, including rehabilitation and replacement planning, inspections, data gathering, and analysis.
- Conduct assessments and specialized studies to identify upgrade and replacement necessities.
- Aggregate data and insights from various service sectors into unified corporate Asset Management templates and strategies.
- Design asset management strategies and system architecture for asset management applications.
- Examine asset data within asset management software and systems to ensure quality control.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across all facets of infrastructure asset management services.
- Support the development of proposals for asset management services aimed at both public and private sector clients.
- Commit to personal growth and continuous professional development.
- Offer technical guidance, training suggestions, coaching, and mentorship to junior personnel.
- Enhance Dillon's corporate reputation through active participation in professional organizations and committees.
- A degree in engineering is required.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in Ontario.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Certification in asset management is preferred.
- A valid Ontario Class 'G' driver's license is necessary.
- Familiarity with relational databases and software applications related to asset management.
- Experience in the development and execution of infrastructure asset data management systems.
- Understanding of operational, engineering, and financial processes across various governmental levels.
- Experience in capital planning and financial oversight.
- Proven experience with Ontario regulations.
- Proficient in collaborative project teamwork and management.
- Strong abilities in proposal writing, project report coordination, and presentations.
