Job Title: Senior VP of Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior VP of Sales to join our team at iA Financial Group. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within our region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and maintain positive asset growth within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through proactive prospecting efforts, phone calls, virtual meetings, face-to-face meetings, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, warm referrals, meetings, events, and social activities.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in the wealth management industry, specifically within an investment wholesaler or internal wholesaler capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing an advisory region and demonstrating ability to prospect within the IIROC channel.
  • Minimum completion of the CSC and other industry designations indicating a passion for capital markets.
  • Advanced communication skills in French and English due to interactions with English and French speaking partners across Canada and daily review of correspondence from stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
