Controller - Financial Planning

Our client, a leading private equity-backed company in the CPG/Food Distribution industry, is poised for significant growth and seeks a seasoned Controller to drive financial planning and operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the company's financial performance, preparing comprehensive financial statements and reports for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Proactively assess long-term financial risks, ensuring the company's sustainable success.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to produce actionable reports and drive decision-making.
  • Oversee key financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking covenants, and cash flow management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior accounting or financial management role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with senior management and influence key decisions.
  • Experience in a finance role within a private equity-backed company is a strong asset.
