Project Scheduler

Opportunity Overview:
Responsible for the preparation and continuous enhancement of Planning and Scheduling protocols, including issuing specific instructions as necessary. Independently create and update comprehensive six-shift project timelines using Visio. Participate in project meetings and communicate schedule and manhour updates to relevant personnel. Develop and maintain a thorough list of tasks and deliverables. Engage in site meetings with contractors to revise schedules accordingly. Generate reports and visual representations for earned value analysis. Formulate intricate engineering and construction timelines for various projects. Ensure schedules are consistently maintained. Compile management reports detailing project scheduling activities. Safeguard the upkeep of all critical records and reports. Maintain communication with project management regarding scheduling matters and assist in prioritizing schedule tasks. Provide prompt feedback to project managers regarding activities deviating from the established plan. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications and Skills:
A degree in a technical or business field from an accredited institution is required. At least 5 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling. Familiarity with P6 and other project management software is advantageous. Experience in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) setting is preferred. Proficient knowledge and experience with Primavera Project Manager. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Visio. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with both staff and clients. Compliance with mandated nuclear export control requirements is necessary for employment.
