Opportunity Overview:
Responsible for the preparation and continuous enhancement of Planning and Scheduling protocols, including issuing specific instructions as necessary. Independently create and revise comprehensive six-shift project timelines using Visio. Participate in project meetings, providing updates to relevant personnel regarding schedule and manhours. Develop and maintain a thorough list of tasks and deliverables. Engage in site meetings with contractors to update project schedules. Generate reports and visual aids for earned value analysis. Formulate intricate engineering and construction timelines for various projects. Ensure schedules are consistently maintained. Prepare management reports concerning project scheduling efforts. Guarantee the upkeep of all essential records and documentation. Collaborate with project management on scheduling tasks and assist in prioritizing schedules. Provide prompt feedback to project managers regarding activities deviating from the established plan. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications and Skills:
A degree in a technical or business field from an accredited institution is essential. At least 5 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling. Familiarity with P6 and other project management software is advantageous. Experience in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) setting is preferred. Proficient knowledge and experience with Primavera Project Manager. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Visio. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with both staff and clients. Compliance with mandated nuclear export controls is required for employment.
