Opportunity Overview:
Responsible for developing and consistently refining Planning and Scheduling protocols: issue specific Planning and Scheduling directives as necessary. Independently create and revise comprehensive six-shift project timelines using Visio. Participate in project meetings, providing updates to relevant personnel regarding schedule and manhours. Formulate and sustain a detailed list of tasks and deliverables. Engage in on-site meetings with contractors to adjust schedules accordingly. Generate reports and visual aids for earned value analysis. Develop intricate engineering and construction timelines for various projects. Oversee the maintenance of project schedules. Compile management reports related to scheduling activities. Ensure the upkeep of all essential records and documentation. Maintain communication with project management concerning scheduling matters and assist in prioritizing schedules. Provide prompt feedback to project managers regarding activities deviating from the established plan. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications and Skills:
A degree in a technical or business field from an accredited institution is essential. At least 5 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling. Familiarity with P6 and other project management software is advantageous. Experience in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) setting is preferred. Proficient knowledge and experience with Primavera Project Manager. Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Visio. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with colleagues and clients. Compliance with mandated nuclear export controls is required for employment.
