About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our team at Aecon. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, developing detailed task and deliverable lists, and ensuring the timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update project schedules using Visio and other project management tools
  • Develop and maintain detailed task and deliverable lists
  • Attend meetings with project stakeholders and update schedules accordingly
  • Prepare reports and graphics for earned value reporting
  • Collaborate with project management to determine schedule priorities and provide timely feedback on activities trending away from the set plan
Requirements
  • Technical or business degree from a recognized institution
  • Minimum of 5 years of related planning and scheduling experience
  • Knowledge of P6 and other project management tools
  • Experience in an EPC environment is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in Primavera Project Manager
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Visio
