About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Rangeela Modern Indian Kitchen & Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our dishes are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new and innovative menu items that showcase the flavors and spices of modern Indian cuisine.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our kitchen staff to help them improve their skills and advance their careers.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Education: A culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a high level of attention to detail.
