Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at St. George Banquet Hall Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for our clients. This includes developing new recipes, supervising cooking staff, and ensuring that all food meets our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus to meet client demands
  • Supervise and train cooking staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure that all food meets our quality standards and is presented in a visually appealing manner
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
  • Collaborate with our events team to develop customized menus for client events
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff are aware of and adhere to food safety and handling procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful menus and recipes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
