Food Service Sales Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Food Service Account Manager to join our team at Performance Food Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Grow same-store sales growth through the development and execution of sales strategies and programs.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales calls and meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure sales teams have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
