Job Title: Food Service Account Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Food Service Account Manager to join our team at Performance Food Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow same-store sales growth through the development and execution of sales strategies and programs.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular sales calls and meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure sales teams have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
