Vice President of Production and Infrastructure

Join a dynamic team at Super Star Plumbing and Heating LTD, where we are seeking a dedicated Vice President of Production and Infrastructure to lead our operations.

Job Overview:

  • Location: Calgary, AB

  • Salary: $93.00 to $94.00 per hour (Negotiable) / 35 to 40 hours per week
  • Employment Terms: Permanent, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and organize the formation of major departments and senior staff roles.
  • Coordinate the activities of various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; design and approve promotional strategies; and oversee human resources planning.
  • Set objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; delegate necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a relevant field
