Vice President of Information Systems - Financial, Communications, and Business Services

Job Overview

The Vice President of Information Systems will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the organization's IT infrastructure and services. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in information technology and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define organizational objectives and approve relevant policies and initiatives.
  • Act as the primary representative in negotiations and official functions, or appoint delegates as necessary.
  • Oversee the selection of middle management and executive staff, empowering them with the authority needed to excel.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare insightful reports.
  • Advise on strategies for information systems, including policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Plan and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Facilitate knowledge management across the organization.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Manage staff across various departments.
Experience and Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.

Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS), MAC systems, Networks, MS SQL Server, Cloud technologies, and ITIL.
Travel Requirements
  • Willingness to travel, including internationally.
Work Environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage a substantial workload.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.

  • Demonstrates accuracy and efficiency in interpersonal communication.
  • Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills.
