Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at The Master Group / Le Groupe Master. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder interests.
    • Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and engagement.
    • Facilitate project team meetings, cross-functional team communication, and decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
    • Provide guidance and support to functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and organizational objectives are met.
  • Project Monitoring and Control
    • Track and monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery.
    • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Project Closure and Lessons Learned
    • Ensure project closure, including documentation of lessons learned and best practices.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project management capabilities.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Formal training in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
    • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex project information to stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
