Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the superintendent to plan work from start to finish.
- Working with the superintendent to plan team interventions against deadlines.
- Following the project schedule on a weekly basis and making adjustments as needed.
- Executing accurate material orders for the project.
- Collaborating with the project manager and superintendent to plan and execute batch releases.
- Ensuring release dates align with monthly invoicing.
- Processing deficiency reports with the project manager and superintendent.
- Participating in weekly site meetings and communicating important points to the team.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Welcoming new team members and supporting their integration.
- Submitting weekly timesheets to FP&A.
Requirements:
- DEP in electricity.
- 5 years of experience as an electrician.
- Excellent understanding of multi-housing projects.
- Knowledge of CCQ reality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead and train others.
- Desire to learn and develop new skills.
- Versatility, organization, and resourcefulness.
- Strong technological skills.
- Good budgetary awareness.
