About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Halomax. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction site(s) under your responsibility, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the superintendent to plan and execute the work of your team from start to finish.
  • Work with the superintendent to plan and coordinate the interventions of your team members against tight deadlines.
  • Monitor and adjust the project schedule on a weekly basis, making changes as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Procure accurate and verified materials for the project on a daily basis.
  • Plan and execute batch releases in collaboration with the project manager and superintendent.
  • Ensure release dates align with monthly invoicing in collaboration with the project manager and superintendent.
  • Process deficiency reports in collaboration with the project manager and superintendent.
  • Participate in weekly site meetings and communicate important points to the superintendent, team members, and team leaders.
  • Maintain a clean, healthy, and structured work environment, ensuring sufficient space for your team and other teams working on the project.
  • Welcome new electricians to your team, providing support and training as needed.
  • Submit weekly timesheets to the Financial Analyst.

Requirements:

  • DEP in electricity
  • 5 years of experience as an electrician
  • Excellent understanding of multi-housing projects
  • Knowledge of CCQ reality
  • Strong skills in managing multiple files and tight deadlines
  • Excellent team spirit and natural leadership abilities
  • Good communication and training skills
  • Desire to develop and learn new skills
  • Versatility, organization, resourcefulness, and a sense of priorities
  • Strong technological tool skills
  • Good budgetary awareness
