Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation;
  • Lead and manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and ensuring team members have the necessary skills and resources to complete their tasks;
  • Coordinate and manage project stakeholders, including internal and external stakeholders, to ensure their needs and expectations are met;
  • Monitor and control project progress, including tracking project metrics, identifying and mitigating risks, and taking corrective action when necessary;
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed to the required quality standards, including conducting quality assurance and quality control activities;
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned;
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives and strategies;
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management;
  • Provide training and guidance to project team members on project management methodologies and tools;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Formal training in project management, such as a PMP or PRINCE2 certification;
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and teams;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and mitigate risks;
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide team members;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations and strategies;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
  • Other requirements may be specified by management.
