Pharmacy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the pharmacy team to ensure excellent customer service and patient care.
- Oversee the receipt, preparation, and delivery of prescriptions accurately and timely.
- Ensure adequate inventory levels of medications and over-the-counter supplements to meet patient needs.
- Manage budgets and control costs at all levels within the pharmacy.
- Recruit, train, and develop pharmacy staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in pharmacy operations.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree.
- Registration with the Association of Canadian Pharmacists (ACP).
- Injection certification and APA required.
- Proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies.
- Strong personal computing skills and knowledge of Healthwatch is an asset.
