Mint Health + Drugs is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and services. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy and front store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the pharmacy, including staff supervision and customer service.
  • Develop and implement long-term plans to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Manage pharmacy budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Maintain and renew pharmacy licenses annually, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other pharmacy-related duties as required, including staff training and development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy.
  • A member in good standing and licensed with the Alberta College of Pharmacy.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within retail pharmacy.
  • Applicants must be local to the Grande Prairie region, willing to relocate.
