We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Tiffin Thai Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the culinary operations and ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus that showcase our Thai cuisine, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and manage kitchen supplies to ensure efficient operations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Customer Service: Prepare and cook dishes to meet customer requirements, including special meals for patients with dietary restrictions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus and strong communication skills.
