Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary VP, Data Strategy & Operations to lead our data initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will be instrumental in shaping our data strategy, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility, and fostering a culture of data-driven innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Define data governance frameworks, quality standards, and lifecycle management processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Identify opportunities for data-driven innovation to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experiences, and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead data operations to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise data assets.
  • Oversee data integration processes to facilitate seamless data flow across systems and departments.
  • Establish data governance policies and controls for data quality, security, and compliance with industry best practices.
  • Implement enterprise data architecture aligning with business needs and leveraging modern cloud data platforms.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of data professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Data Strategy leader with a deep understanding of data management principles and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are highly desirable.
