Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of food service staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary supplies are ordered and stocked.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
