Warehouse Operations Manager

Masonal Stone Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, managing inventory, and coordinating with other departments to meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Environment: Warehouse setting with regular exposure to physical activity and potential hazards.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
