About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations Manager to join our team at Bacy Digital Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for information systems to ensure efficient and secure operations.
  • Collaborate with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, and provide ongoing support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 11-15 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer programming, data analysis, and database management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 32 hours per week. The language of work is English.
