Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems to ensure efficient and secure operation.
- Authorize the development of specifications for products or services, meeting with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
- Supervise a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of cloud-based systems and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
