About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations Manager to join our team at Bacy Digital Inc. as a key member of our cloud infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy and Procedure Development

Develop and implement policies and procedures for cloud-based information systems to ensure efficient and secure operations.

Client Consultation

Meet with clients to discuss cloud system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines to ensure their needs are met.

Project Management

Assign, coordinate, and review cloud-based projects and programs to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.

Team Supervision

Supervise a team of 11-15 people to ensure effective cloud operations and management.

Technical Expertise

Utilize computer programming, data analysis, and database management skills to ensure efficient cloud operations.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in cloud operations or a related field.

Work Environment

Work in a general office setting with a consulting firm.

Work Conditions

Work under pressure with tight deadlines and attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

Excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, and reliability.
