Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our team is well-prepared to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of excellence in every aspect of our operations.
- Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that our financial resources are allocated effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring that our team is well-organized and productive.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
- Support for Persons with Disabilities: Participate in government or community programs that support persons with disabilities.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees.
