Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Accounts Supervisor to join our team at INNOVO COURIER SERVICES. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our customer-facing staff, ensuring that our high standards of customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess the skills and knowledge of our customer-facing staff, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve their performance.
- Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the work of our customer-facing staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, requisitioning materials and supplies as needed to ensure business continuity.
- Computer Systems: Ensure the smooth operation of our computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs and maintenance as necessary.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 11-15 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Communication: Develop and maintain excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service delivery.
