Job Title: Customer Accounts Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Accounts Supervisor to join our team at INNOVO COURIER SERVICES.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Perform similar duties to those supervised, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and meet business objectives.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Procure materials and supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and minimize waste.
Supervision:

The Customer Accounts Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 people.

Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Accurate and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:

The Customer Accounts Supervisor will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours:

The Customer Accounts Supervisor will work 30-44 hours per week.
