Your Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial statements, analyzing financial reports, and providing insights and recommendations to management. You will also be responsible for developing annual budgets, monitoring financial performance, and revising forecasts based on actual performance and changing conditions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Develop annual budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Revised forecasts based on actual performance and changing conditions.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller who holds a professional accounting designation, such as a CPA. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and previous leadership experience in an accounting team. You should also have excellent communication skills and a team spirit. The ability to work hybrid (two days per week in office) is a plus.
