Financial Controller

The Financial Controller is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices, payroll, and expenses, while maintaining comprehensive financial records for review by the President and CEO.
Key Responsibilities- Perform payroll duties, calculate compensation, and issue T4's.
- Submit Group Retirement Savings Plan contributions and assist with commission calculations.
- Prepare relevant tax forms and enter payables into the accounting system.
- Manage accounts payable and conduct general banking.
- Review and draft sales invoices, manage accounts receivable, and track projects in the accounting system.
- File and pay government remittances and maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare month-end financial reporting packages and review month-end financials with the President and CEO.
