Financial Controller

Impressions Group Ottawa Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Controller to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and analysis, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Financial Control: Establish and maintain effective financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the accounts receivable and accounts payable departments, and manage the preparation of payroll for personnel.
- Financial Management: Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
- Analysis and Reporting: Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in QuickBooks and database software.
