Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at 2635469 Ontario INC. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Price and Credit Policies: Implement and manage price and credit policies to ensure they are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services, and to increase sales and revenue.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements to ensure that our store is adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Office and Volunteer Staff Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
- Operational Planning and Control: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our store is running smoothly and efficiently.
