- Merchandise Management: Determine the types of merchandise to be sold in the store, including selecting and procuring products for resale.
- Financial Management: Oversee the store's financial performance, including managing budgets, forecasting sales, and controlling expenses.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, including resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain the store's appearance and ensure that it is clean and well-organized at all times.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in retail management, including experience in staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales associates and other store staff.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Language and Work HoursThe language of work is English, and the work hours are 30 hours per week.
