Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Z&M Food Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations Management
- Direct and control daily store operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Evaluate daily store operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Staff Management
- Manage and supervise store staff, including recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
- Assign duties and responsibilities to staff members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Merchandise and Inventory Management
- Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold in the store.
- Implement price and credit policies to ensure that they are in line with company standards.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Financial Management
- Plan and manage store budgets to ensure that expenses are kept to a minimum.
- Monitor revenues and expenses to identify areas for cost savings.
- Customer Service
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail store management role.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
