Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Z&M Food Ltd. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our retail store, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff, including recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in the store, including selecting and procuring products for resale.
- Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes, and implement price and credit policies to maximize sales.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
