Food Service Team Lead

Ontario Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
- Supervise Food Service Staff: Lead and train a team of food service staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food preparation and presentation.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on food service operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Our food service team operates in a fast-paced environment, and we require our supervisors to be able to work effectively in this setting.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours:The working hours are 30 hours per week.
