Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at IPSP Solutions Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our clients and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities and deliver exceptional service.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to new staff members, ensuring they understand our policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food and service meet our high standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role.
