Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mary Browns Chicken. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service counter attendants, food preparers, and kitchen helpers to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to meet customer expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock, and maintain accurate records of sales, repairs, and wastage.
  • Reporting and Scheduling: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced and physically demanding conditions.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
