Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwiches and Salads. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop food service staff to meet the needs of the restaurant.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Food service establishment.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. You will be standing for extended periods and working in a team environment.
