The Food & Beverage Server is responsible for delivering outstanding quality and service to guests at Braidwood Tavern. In this position, you will be expected to provide an expertly curated dining or beverage experience; anticipate guests' needs while being well-versed in menu options; and create memorable experiences for our patrons.
Hourly Wage: $18.00
Responsibilities:
Ensure a delightful dining experience through excellence in quality, professionalism, and friendliness. Present the menu and offer detailed descriptions of menu items, while making thoughtful recommendations. Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; provide suggestions, and respond promptly and appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns. Assist in clearing and resetting tables in accordance with service standards. Accurately handle payments, process transactions, and present bills to guests.Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or hotel setting is essential. A passion for and knowledge of food and beverage offerings. Excellent communication skills with a warm and approachable demeanor. Strong command of the English language. Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage selections, including wine and cocktail pairings. A strong commitment to service excellence. Must possess a current Serving it Right certificate. Eligibility to work in Canada.Benefits:

As our hotel operates 24/7, 365 days a year, we require our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
