Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Restock food and beverage supplies as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the cafe, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
    • Follow proper food handling and preparation procedures to ensure the highest level of food safety.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or customer-facing role.
  • Physical Demands
    • Physically demanding work environment.
    • Repetitive tasks and work under pressure.
