About the Role:
As a Braidwood Cafe Attendant, you will be part of our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler, providing exceptional service to our guests and delivering memorable experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide an enjoyable dining experience through professionalism and friendliness, anticipating guest needs and delivering prompt service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer detailed explanations of menu items and recommend items to guests.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt service.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the cafe area.
- Handle payments accurately and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food and beverage.
- Knowledge of food and beverage products.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Commitment to service and teamwork.
- Must obtain a Serving It Right certificate.
- Ability to work in Canada.
