About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Braidwood Cafe Attendant to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional quality and service to our guests, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and exceeds their expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide an enjoyable dining experience for guests through excellence in quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Present the menu and provide detailed explanations of menu items, making recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction, offering suggestions and responding promptly and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Braidwood Cafe area, including the library and patio.
- Handle payments accurately, process transactions, and present bills to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure a seamless guest experience by working collaboratively with other team members to meet the needs of our guests.
- Previous experience in food and beverage, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage products, including menu items and ingredients.
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent commitment to service and teamwork, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to obtain a Serving It Right certificate and work in Canada.
