About the Role:This is a permanent position with the Department of Tourism, Heritage and Culture. As a Human Resources Events Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing human resources-related events and activities that support the organization's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and implement human resources-related events, such as training sessions, workshops, and conferences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and performing other duties as required.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs and materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Three (3) years of professional-level experience in human resources.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid class 5 driver's license as issued by the Province of New Brunswick.
- Written and spoken competence in English.
